1. Customer agrees to the Terms of the following provision of the Stow Simple Terms and Conditions set forth upon this page, and acknowledges that he / she has care, custody and control of the Stow Simple Bins while the Stow Simple Bins are at the Customer’s location. Customer accepts responsibility for all loss or damage to the Stow Simple Bins. If the Stow Simple Bins are damaged or lost while in the Customer’s possession the Customer will be obligated to pay the full retail value of the Stow Simple Bins. Retail value of the Stow Simple Bins are $28.00 each. Bins are to be returned empty and in the same state as they were received. A cleaning fee of $5/bin will be incurred for eafch bin that requires cleaning due to visible dirt or grime. In addition there is a drying fee of $5/bin if a bin is returned wet.

2. Customer acknowledges that he/she has care, custody and control of the Dolly(s) while the Dolly(s) are at the Customer’s location. Customer accepts responsibility for all loss or damage to the Dolly(s). If the Dolly(s) are damaged or lost while in the Customer’s possession the customer will be obligated to pay the full retail value of the Dolly(s). Retail value of the Dolly is $75.00 each.

3. Customer acknowledges that he/she has sole responsibility to schedule and be present at appointments for pick-up and delivery of theStow Simple Bins. If the customer does not give 24 hours notice to reschedule appointments there may be additional delivery or cancellation fees applied in the amount of $50.00.

4. Customer acknowledges that he / she has sole responsibility to have the Stow Simple Bins & Dolly returned by the agreed upon date in the same condition that the bins and dolly (if applicable) were received. For each additional day that the Stow Simple Bins are not returned there will be an additional rental charge. If the Stow Simple Bins are not returned after 30 days and there has been no communication to extend the rental, it is assumed that the customer wishes to purchase the Stow Simple Bins; and will be charged the full retail value of the Stow Simple Bins at a rate of $28.00 per bin. If the Dolly(s) are not returned after 30 days and there has been no communication to extend the rental, it is assumed that the customer wishes to purchase the Dolly; and will be charged the full retail value of the Dolly at a rate of $75.00 each. Customer acknowledges that if they sublease or assign any of the above items to a third party that they will be invoiced according to the above terms and conditions and that payment will be due according to the terms of their account with Stow Simple.

5. Customer acknowledges that their credit card will be kept on file for the duration of the rental agreement. Customer acknowledges and authorizes Stow Simple to charge any amount associated with the above stated terms and conditions.

Liability and Indemnity: The Customer shall be liable for all damage arising from equipment rental use, misuse or negligence of Customer, including any accidents to persons or property arising thereof. Customer covenants and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Stow Simple free from any and all claims, actions, suits, damages and liabilities, including attorney’s fees, arising out of, connected with, or resulting from the rented equipment and / or its complimentary tools or attachments. This includes, without limitations, the manufacture, selection, delivery, possession or use of the rented equipment.
